Families French and American alike will be delighted to discover a range of kid-friendly events presented by FIAF on Sunday, July 13th to celebrate Bastille Day in New York.
FIAF (the French Institut Alliançe Française) will host the group Domitille with guest performers Amaury de Crayencour (Lyrics) and Marc Pinon (Guitar, Keyboard, percussion). The performers both sing and act these Ballades Enfantines(childhood ballads) in a « trip to discover and unusual and bubbly Paristhrough the musings of a mischievious Parisian girl. » The music is set in a « jazzy-swing musical universe » where « fantasy become reality ».
The concert is sure to captivate children and parents alike through its catchy lyrics and timeless style. Ballades Enfantines is a CD and a musical show created by a dynamic group of artists and performers including Marc Pinon (musician), Amaury de Crayencour (singer), Domitille (singer), Hélène Druvert (illustrator), and Pascal Seguin (director). You do not want to miss this memorable performance! As as souvenir, an illustrated CD will be available for $10 during the show and in Jacadi stores and at jacadi.us. Sponsored by Jacadi.
